Notice of Changes to Pre-Flight and Post-Flight Procedures in Sheremetyevo International Airport VIP Lounges

We would like to inform you about changes to the pre-flight and post-flight procedures in the VIP lounges of Sheremetyevo International Airport.

Effective July 8, 2015, in accordance with directives issued by the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia, the procedures for international flights have been updated as follows:

For Departing Passengers (International Flights):

• Passengers may check in for their flight and process baggage in our VIP lounges.
• Afterward, a Sheremetyevo VIP LLC representative will escort passengers to the general departure area for passport control and pre-flight security screening.
• Passengers will then be escorted to the boarding gate (via jet bridge) or transported separately to the aircraft (for remote stands).

For Arriving Passengers (International Flights):

• VIP passengers will be greeted at the aircraft exit per standard procedures.
• A representative will escort passengers through passport and customs control in the general arrivals area.
• After clearance, passengers will be accompanied to the VIP lounge for baggage collection.

Important Notes:

• Due to these changes, we recommend arriving at the VIP lounge at least 1.5 hours before departure for international flights.
• No changes apply to domestic flights—all procedures remain unchanged.
