To book the service, please fill out the form for your flight in Russian or English:
— If you are traveling alone, please fill out the form only for yourself.
— If you are traveling with others, please fill out the form for yourself, your loved ones, partners, or relatives flying with you by adding passengers in the form field.
This form must be completed in Russian or English only.
For Departure from Sheremetyevo: Please proceed to the VIP lounge reception desk and identify yourself.
For Arrival at Sheremetyevo: Upon exiting the aircraft, please approach the VIP lounge staff member in uniform holding a sign with the Sheremetyevo VIP logo.
Access Privileges: The cardholder and accompanying guests have unrestricted access (each passenger is charged at a special rate). Children under 2 years old are served free of charge. Children aged 2 to 12 years receive a 50% discount.
Important Condition: The premium cardholder cannot pay for VIP lounge services if they are neither departing nor arriving.
